looks like Microsoft broke the fix above again
but here a temporally fix until I made a new
patch to fix the problem
1.
Go to C:\Program Files\Windows Live Messenger
Khalid Edition v5.5\
(The location where you installed KE v5.5)
2. Right Click on
msnmsgr.exe
and
click Properties as shown in the picture below
3.
Click on Compatibility and
choose Windows 2000 as
shown in the picture below
4.
Click OK and your done your
Messenger should work again
(Note if you have
Messenger Plus! it may not work with this temporally fix so wait for the
new path if you want it to work again, please be patient thx)
